Aad respect your privacy. This privacy policy outlines in what circumstances we might collect your data, how we use it and how you can access or request removal of your data, should it be collected.

Our Website

We use our website to share our work and to engage with potential clients and collaborators. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how our website is being used and how we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies stored in your browser to collect anonymous information about your visit, including your location, browser, device and activity.

We do not collect any further information about you. For more information on Google Analytics you can review Google’s Privacy Policy. You can adjust your browser settings to block cookies if you wish to prevent Google from setting a cookie to track your visit.

Getting in touch

When you contact or engage with us we store information about you in order to respond to your query – including your name, phone number, organisation and email address. Your information is stored to follow up on your query in future and may be used to contact you at a future date.

If you contact us in relation to an internship or employment opportunity, we collect and store the information you have provided, in order to follow up with you in relation to your query, or in relation to wider employment opportunities with Aad, on a freelance or contract basis.

Our mailing list

We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. Subscribers to Aad mailing lists receive our newsletter and consent to be notified about new Aad projects. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by following the link in the footer of any edition of our newsletter, or by updating your profile here.

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
